Dispatch service terms are separate

Dispatch service is provided only under a signed dispatch agreement. That agreement, not this page, sets the fee, what's included, how loads are approved and how either side can end the arrangement. Anything on this site that summarizes our service is a summary; the signed agreement controls.

What we are and aren't

We're a dispatch service that works for carriers. We are not a freight broker, a load board, an insurance agency, a lender or a law firm. We don't guarantee any number of loads, any rate, any increase in rates or any income. Freight markets change, and results depend on your equipment, lanes, schedule and the market.

Calculators are estimates

Our calculators run in your browser on the numbers you enter. Their results are estimates for planning, not quotes, offers or advice. Check every load's rate confirmation and your own costs before you accept it.

Guides are general information

Our guides are general information about running a dry van operation. They aren't legal, tax, insurance or financial advice. Rules change and situations differ: confirm requirements with the official source (for example FMCSA, FHWA, the IRS or your state) and with a qualified professional. Market figures are dated; numbers labeled EXAMPLE are illustrations, not data.

Using the site

Please don't misuse the site: no automated scraping that burdens it, no attempts to break its security, no submitting false information or someone else's details, and no unlawful use. Content on this site belongs to us or our licensors; you may share links and short quotes with attribution.

Links to other sites

We link to official sources and company pages so you can check facts yourself. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or policies.
